✨ From NPC to Creator: The Complete 5 level Guide

This guide maps your journey from unconscious existence to full recognition of your true nature as Creator. It recognizes both game-level evolution and endless consciousness. Each stage includes distinguishing traits, level checks and practical steps to advance.

Most people think they’re living consciously.

They make choices. They have opinions. They react, decide, plan and act.. From the inside, it feels intentional.

But there are levels of consciousness and agency and most human behaviour happens far below what we’d call true choice.

This guide maps 5 distinct levels of how people:

▪️ Experience reality

▪️ Understand causality

▪️ Relate to their own mind and nervous system

▪️ Influence the outcomes of their lives

▪️ And, ultimately, become life itself

You can think of these levels as:

NPC → Player → Programmer → Conscious Renderer → Creator

Not as value judgments, but as stages of awareness.

Everyone passes through them.

Many people never realise there are stages.

And many have, yet, to leave Level 1.

LEVEL 1 - NPC

Victim Mentality, Autopilot Living & Material Reality Only

This is where your default experience of life is that things happen to you.

You operate on automatic patterns shaped by trauma, culture and conditioning.

Awareness is minimal and choices feel limited.

It’s a description of a mode of awareness.

At this level, reality feels:

▫️ Solid

▫️ Static

▫️ External

▫️ Fixed

▫️ And largely out of your control

A table is just a table.

A situation is “just how it is.”

People are “just like that.”

There is little awareness that perception itself participates in experience.

How reality looks from Level 1

🔳 Objects feel fixed

🔳 Circumstances feel given

🔳 Identity feels permanent

🔳 Emotions feel caused by the outside world

When something goes wrong, the cause is assumed to be:

◼️ Other people

◼️ Bad luck

◼️ Circumstances

◼️ “That’s just life”

Causality is external.

There is no felt sense of authorship.

Behaviour at Level 1

Most behaviour here isn’t chosen - it’s triggered.

Common patterns:

🔹 Highly reactive emotional responses

🔹 Strong identification with feelings

🔹 Repetitive life situations

🔹 Procrastination framed as laziness or lack of discipline

🔹 Feeling blocked, unlucky or stuck

Most behaviour is driven by:

◾️ Conditioning

◾️ Nervous system survival responses

◾️ Unquestioned beliefs inherited from childhood and culture

But from the inside, it still feels like choice.

Procrastination at Level 1

At this level, procrastination is explained as:

“I just can’t make myself do it.”

“I’m bad with discipline.”

“Something is wrong with me.”

What’s actually happening: Your nervous system senses threat.

The system slows you down to stay safe.

Action feels heavy or impossible.

But at Level 1, you don’t see the mechanism - only the outcome.

Identity at Level 1: fused and defended

At NPC level:

➡️ Identity is fused with history, emotions and circumstances

➡️ Emotions feel like facts

➡️ Responsibility feels like blame

➡️ Feedback feels like attack

Why?

Because if life is happening to you, then ownership feels dangerous.

This is why victim mentality defends itself so fiercely.

Not because it’s wrong, but because it doesn’t yet know another way to exist.

Important truth about Level 1

This is not stupidity.

It’s efficiency.

The brain conserves energy by automating perception and behaviour.

Autopilot keeps you functioning.

The problem isn’t being at this level - it’s thinking this is the only level there is.

Thus, this ignorance becomes something to overcome, in order to move to the next level.

Sovereignty (in human language)

Sovereignty does not mean:

◽️ Controlling everything

◽️ Never being affected

◽️ Doing everything alone

Here, sovereignty means: The ability to respond from choice rather than react from conditioning.

At Level 1, sovereignty is unavailable! Not because you’re incapable, but because awareness hasn’t yet turned inward.

You can’t choose differently if you don’t believe choice exists.

Awareness check - are you operating from Level 1?

◾️ When something goes wrong, I instinctively blame people or circumstances

◾️ Responsibility feels like an attack

◾️ I repeat similar situations and don’t know why

◾️ I feel stuck, but don’t see a way out

◾️ Procrastination feels like a personal flaw

If you recognise yourself here - good!

You’re at a starting point.

The exit condition

You don’t leave Level 1 by:

▫️ Thinking positively

▫️ Forcing discipline

▫️ Being told to “just take responsibility”

▫️ Using manifestation techniques

You leave the moment this question becomes genuinely interesting:

“What if my experience of life isn’t purely caused by what’s happening outside me?”

That question can’t be forced.

It either lands or it doesn’t.

Simple interrupt practice:

When you feel triggered, stuck or reactive, pause and ask:

“What or who am I blaming right now?”

That’s it.

Don’t fix it.

Don’t judge it.

Just notice.

That pause is often the first crack in NPC consciousness.

LEVEL 2 — PLAYER

Inner State Awareness, Responsibility & the Illusion of Control

At Level 2, something important shifts - you realise life isn’t just happening to you - your inner state influences your experience.

This is where people say:

“Oh… it’s my mindset.”

“I create my reality.”

“It’s about my energy / beliefs / subconscious.”

This is an upgrade.

It is not enlightenment, but it is awakening from the dream of being just a character in the game.

What changes from Level 1

Core shift: Level 1 - “Life causes my experience.”

Level 2 - “My inner state influences my experience.”

Causality moves inward, but not all the way.

You now recognise that:

🔸 Thoughts matter

🔸 Emotions matter

🔸 Beliefs matter

🔸 Energy matters

And you’re right.

But here’s the trap 👇

The Player illusion: control

At Level 2, responsibility quietly mutates into control.

The unspoken belief becomes:

“If I manage my thoughts, emotions and energy correctly, life should cooperate.”

This is where:

➡️ Manifestation techniques explode

➡️ “High vibration” becomes pressure

➡️ Positive thinking gets moralised

➡️ You stop blaming life/others/God and start blaming yourself

Responsibility vs self-blame (crucial)

Level-2 responsibility often sounds like:

◾️ “I attracted this.”

◾️ “I must have had a limiting belief.”

◾️ “My energy wasn’t right.”

Externally this looks empowered.

Internally it feels like:

◽️ Constant self-monitoring

◽️ Guilt for negative emotions

◽️ Anxiety about “doing it wrong”

◽️ Suppressing grief, anger or fear

This is not sovereignty.

It’s internalised punishment.

Procrastination at Level 2

Now procrastination is reframed as:

“I have resistance.”

“My subconscious is blocking me.”

“I’m misaligned.”

Partly true, but what often happens:

🔳 You try to fix yourself before acting

🔳 You wait to feel ready or aligned

🔳 You over-analyse instead of moving

Action becomes conditional on inner perfection.

Identity at Level 2: the self-manager

Identity shifts from victim to optimiser.

You see yourself as:

🔸 A system to improve

🔸 A mindset to train

🔸 An energy to manage

This brings power and exhaustion.

Because effort is still central - it’s just gone invisible.

This is why many “spiritual” people are:

➡️ Highly self-aware

➡️ Deeply tired

➡️ Quietly frustrated

They upgraded consciousness - but kept the same operating system.

Awareness check - are you stuck at Level 2?

◾️ I feel responsible for everything

◾️ I monitor my thoughts constantly

◾️ I feel guilty for being “negative”

◾️ I try to fix my state before acting

◾️ Growth feels like work

If yes - congratulations!

You’re no longer asleep.

You’re just over-controlling.

The hidden doorway forward ▶️ the destabilising question that opens the next level:

“What if awareness changes reality - without effort or control?”

Not by:

🔺️Thinking harder

🔺️Feeling better

🔺️Forcing alignment

🔺️But by seeing more clearly.

Level-2 interrupt practice

When you catch yourself trying to fix or control your inner state, pause and ask:

“What am I trying to control right now?”

Then: “What if I let this be exactly as it is for 10 seconds?”

No fixing.

No reframing.

No bypass.

Just presence.

LEVEL 3 - PROGRAMMER / OBSERVER

Seeing the Code That Runs the Character

Level 3 is where the game stops being about improving the character -and starts revealing how the character is generated at all.

This level costs you something very specific:

Your identity as the doer.

What collapses here:

Up to now, Level 1 - Life does things to me

Level 2 - I do things to life

Level 3 exposes both as incomplete.

You discover:

▪️Thoughts arise automatically.

▪️Emotions trigger mechanically.

▪️Reactions follow patterns.

You did not choose:

🔸 Your first fear response

🔸 Your emotional triggers

🔸 Your procrastination patterns

🔸 Your inner critic’s voice

They run.

The Observer shift

Simple language: You notice thoughts happening without deciding them.

Precise language: Consciousness becomes aware of the psyche as a pattern-generating system.

“I’m not my thoughts.”

“I’m watching reactions.”

“Something deeper is aware.”

Yes.

But - grounded.

This is NOT dissociation

Dissociation = leaving the body.

Observation = inhabiting it fully without identification.

You still feel.

You still react.

But you’re no longer convinced by the reaction.

Procrastination at Level 3

Procrastination becomes:

▪️ A visible program

▪️ A learned safety response

▪️ A predictable loop

The question shifts from: “Why can’t I just do it?”

To: “What sequence is playing right now?”

And here’s the surprise: When seen clearly - many patterns lose energy on their own.

No forcing.

No fixing.

Just clarity.

Identity at Level 3: the witness

You experience:

▫️ Space between stimulus and response

▫️ Emotions without narrative

▫️ Thoughts without ownership

This can feel:

◽️ Quiet

◽️ Disorienting

◽️ Slightly unreal

Peace or emptiness - both transitional.

The danger here

A new ego trap appears: “I’m the observer now.”

Signs:

🔳 Detachment becomes avoidance

🔳 Awareness becomes passive

🔳 Life feels muted

Observation without engagement becomes stagnation.

Level 3 is not the destination.

Threshold question

“If thoughts, emotions and identity are just appearing on their own…

What is choosing what appears next?”

That opens Level 4.

LEVEL 4 - CREATOR / RENDERER

How Reality Is Actually Rendered

This level answers the question most people don’t yet know how to ask:

Why does awareness itself change what happens?

Not metaphorically.

Not motivationally.

Structurally.

The observer effect:

In physics, a system behaves differently when it is observed.

Not because consciousness is magical,

but because observation is interaction.

Attention is not passive.

When you observe:

A thought

An emotion

An identity

A situation

You stabilise one version of a field of possibilities.

You are not just noticing it.

You are selecting it.

From a field of possibilities, one version stabilises - that is rendering.

Why Reality Repeats:

Reality loops because observation loops.

Habitual perception selects:

▪️the same emotional lens

▪️the same expectations

▪️the same identity

So the same version of reality stabilises again.

Not as punishment.

As replication.

The Projector Model:

Reality does not respond to you.

It is rendered through you.

The Light - raw awareness (Consciousness) - neutral, constant

The Prism - perception (beliefs, conditioning, identity, nervous system)

The Screen - lived experience (what's obtained by your 5 senses (everything u can see, hear, touch, taste, smell) and internal awareness)

The screen does not choose.

The light does not choose.

The prism determines the image.

Critical Distinction:

Beliefs are not what you think you believe.

Beliefs are what your system expects to be true.

Perception is not an idea.

It is a filter that selects reality automatically.

Why “Trying” Fails (Level 3 limitation)

At Level 3, you try to change outcomes.

But:

Trying = drawing on the screen

Perception = the prism

If the prism remains unchanged - the image cannot change.

That is not failure.

That is mechanics.

What Rendering Actually Is ▶️

Rendering is not:

◾️effort

◾️action

◾️control

◾️repetition

Rendering is:

The stabilisation of a different perception.

When perception changes:

⏩️attention changes

⏩️selection changes

⏩️reality changes

Not because you forced it.

Because a different version is now being selected.

Sovereignty

Sovereignty is the ability to choose your perception and therefore your observation, free from unconscious conditioning & independent of other people, circumstances, previous patterns or thoughts.

It is the ability to:

◼️not default to inherited lenses

◼️not reinforce automatic patterns

◼️not stabilise the same reality unconsciously

When perception is no longer habitual, reality loses its ability to repeat itself in the same way.

Not because it disappears.

Because it is no longer being selected.

What This Feels Like

🔸️Less effort

🔸️Less urgency

🔸️Less “trying to change things”

More:

🔹️space

🔹️neutrality

🔹️quiet certainty

You are no longer reacting to reality.

Reality feels like it is reorganising around you.

This level is not maintained through force.

ADHD / Neurodivergent Stabilisation

Life hack 1: Movement is allowed

Life hack 2: Interest beats discipline

Life hack 3: Never practice tired or hungry

Life hack 4: Stop before “I’m doing this well” appears

Stability comes from non-resistance, not effort.

There is nothing stable to copy.

CLARITY STATEMENT

Concentration is not holding attention.

It is the absence of interference with attention.

Creator Glimpse

Sometimes perception collapses on its own.

◾️identity drops

◾️meaning dissolves

◾️reaction disappears

Do not fix it.

That is direct access to Creator.

Closing

Most people try to change reality at the level of behaviour.

But behaviour is the final layer.

Reality changes when:

▶️perception changes

▶️observation changes

▶️selection changes

You do not need to become someone else.

You need to stop observing from a fixed position.

And start seeing:

You were always the one rendering. 💜

LEVEL 5 - CREATOR

Beyond Rendering

Level 4 reveals that reality is rendered through perception.

Level 5 reveals something more radical:

There is no separate observer, no prism and no reality outside of what you are.

The Collapse

At earlier levels, there is always a structure:

➡️someone observing

➡️something being observed

➡️a process connecting the two

At Level 5, this structure breaks.

Not intellectually.

Experientially.

There is no longer:

“you” choosing perception

“you” stabilising reality

“you” doing anything at all

Because the distinction itself dissolves.

What Remains

Not a person.

Not an identity.

Not even an observer.

What remains is:

Undivided awareness. Consciousness!

No centre.

No edge.

No position.

What Happens to Reality

Reality is no longer:

▪️something to change

▪️something to improve

▪️something to escape

It is no longer even “rendered” in the way Level 4 describes.

Because rendering implies:

🔸️selection

🔸️perspective

🔸️a point of view

At Level 5:

There is no fixed point from which anything is being selected.

Why This Changes Everything

At every previous level:

Reality could repeat, because there was a stable identity observing it.

There is no stable identity.

So nothing has a fixed reference point to return to.

Patterns lose their anchor.

Important Clarification

This is not:

◾️dissociation

◾️numbness

◾️detachment

◾️“not caring”

Experience still happens:

🔹️thoughts arise

🔹️emotions move

🔹️life unfolds

But there is no longer: identification with any of it.

The End of Control

At Level 4, control becomes unnecessary.

At Level 5, control is revealed as:

never having existed.

There is no one controlling.

There is no one being controlled.

Only experience, appearing.

What This Feels Like

🔶️profound neutrality

🔶️effortlessness

🔶️absence of inner conflict

🔶️no need to change anything

Not because everything is “perfect”

But because there is no longer a position from which anything is judged as lacking.

Paradox

At Level 4: You realise you are rendering reality.

At Level 5: You realise - You are reality!

And there is nothing else.

No Practice

This level cannot be achieved.

Because achievement implies:

🔺️time

🔺️movement

🔺️someone progressing

This is seen when:

▪️effort stops

▪️seeking collapses

▪️identity is no longer reinforced

It often appears as:

🔸️moments where everything feels still

🔸️loss of personal narrative

🔸️absence of “me” in experience

The mind may try to:

▪️label it

▪️hold onto it

▪️recreate it

That immediately returns you to Level 4.

Final Clarity

Level 4: You choose perception.

Level 5: There is no chooser and nothing to be chosen.

Nothing new is gained here.

Nothing is added.

The false idea that you were separate from what is happening is no longer being maintained.

You were never inside reality.

Reality was never outside you. You are all there is! 💜
